How would a Czyz-Dewitt have played out?

I'm only really familiar with Czyz at light heavy. Doug DeWitt's most impressive win seems to be, for one at least, Matthew Hilton. I'm a huge Czyz fan, but I'll have to see what video of DeWitt is available on the net. I think I saw Nigel Benn vs. DeWitt when it happened. I'm thinking DeWitt was durable but otherwise not perhaps as talented as Czyz. :??

I can't see this being a match-up. Czyz fought at light-heavyweight and cruiserweight (although I think for his last few fights he might also have fought at heavyweight). Wasn't DeWitt a middle/super-middle?

I saw quite a few of their fights. Czyz made his name initially as a middleweight and was thought to be a rising star in the division until he got thoroughly outworked by Mustafa Hamsho in 1982. Would be a pretty good slugfest between Czyz and Dewitt, with neither going down or giving quarter. I would expect Czyz to win by decision because he had better skills. Only chance for a stoppage would be on cuts
