Mercer-Cooper is probably my fave, followed by Moorer-Cooper as a very close second.

Bruno showed what a good stiff jab and a bit of belief and ambition can do for the first 6 rounds or so.
Unfortunately for him, Lewis found a peach of a punch to turn the fight around just when it looked like an upset might really be unfolding.
An interesting fight, especially watching live on TV.

Lewis was so jab, jab, right crazy that every once in a while he was able to surprise opponents with a very big left hook, as he did in that fight. But I guess I will go with Moorer-Cooper. It was sort of like a 90s version of Foreman-Lyle, though Foreman and Lyle were better.

Moorer-Cooper for mine, but Tyson-Ruddock I & Mercer-Cooper were also especially noteworthy.
