It Dont Need No Don. PPVs that have sold themselves
I was just talking to my dad and they were showing an advert for the Hitman/Pacman fight. He asked me if I was buying it and I told him in my head I had bought it the moment it was announced
If there was one PPV over the years that only needed to show you where to pay which one would it be and why?
If possible please stick to one, but at the very very most mention 2
Mine has to be Mayweather v Hatton. Since I have followed boxing properly this was my dream match up Both remained unbeaten and both had the style to beat the other

Despite it being a mismatch and I always thought it would:
Lewis-Tyson just for the fact it was happening at all and all the build up and hype surrounding the fight.
PLUS it has Casamayor and Pacman on the undercard! (plus jeff lacy but I didnt know anything about him then)

Hatton vs Mayweather
Hatton vs Tszyu
DLH vs Mayweather
Holyfield vs Tyson 1 and 2 (the first fight was before I had Sky and I payed a mate to get it and video it).

Lewis/Tyson.... remember the anticipation??? The security guards across the ring, and Buffer and Lennon Jnr in unison. Quality.
For me though, Ruiz/Jones Jnr has to be the fight that caught my attention. Despite Ruiz's limited ability, i still thought this was a step too far for Jones. Undercard didnt produce much quality but the main event contained a lot of historical significance.

Hatton Vs Mayweather is the one that immediately sprang to mind. Can't remember if it was PPV, but Cotto VS Margarito was another fight that caused me to climax the moment it was announced

Lewis and Tyson, just wish it had been Lewis and Tyson III following shared victories in 1993 and 1995, with both beating Bowe, Ibeabuchi and Holyfield in the interim to set up the final showdown to end their era.

Historically, if it existed back then, Eubank Benn.
Otherwise Haye V Klitchko

Naz v Barrera, first fight I followed ALL the build up for. As soon as it was announced I knew I would shell out however much SBO were asking for

If this fight is on PPV at a time to suit US audiences then I would have to say Froch v Kessler
