Weird one,
I was watching Samuel Peter on Eurosport the other day (not a great fighter, butbetter than the commentator made out) and he kept leaning forward an launching himself at his opponent, so much so that if his opponent moved to the side I am sure he would've fallen over, which led me to think, rather than clinching, why not lean into the opponent when attacking, and when the attack is over simply fall down, as long as they dont hit you it will not be a knock down and you wont get hit on the way out. Is this against the rules?
Practical,
I work out on the heavy bag a lot and enjoy it, I have also recenlty started spending more time on the speed ball and can feel it a bit in my shoulders, but am not sure if I use it properly as I seem to be using the striaght edge of my hand rather than knuckles of anything, kinda like wrapping wool, is this right? what else can I do with the ball?
