David Haye: "Oh....er...HELL YEAH!"

Ha Ha, that was classic!! Wish they'd used the money they paid for that for Froch - Taylor instead? (I realise I should probably have got over the fact its not on live tv by now)

Who???
I actually agree with Ryan that the Small fight wouldn't have helped him and at this stage of his career he should look for a bigger opportunity. But Konecny over Small is not really what I would have envisaged.....
If this is the case...then why take the Small fight in the first place? Surely he knew beating Small would get him nowhere to start with then he would've vacated without the fight being arranged? Doesn't add up to me.

If this had been the other way round and a FW boxer pulled a stunt like this then there would have been no end of comments about it on here...

Lindsays warmed into this a lot quicker and looks to have found his timing from the offset. Appleby looks like he's up for a fight though and I can see him getting more into this as the fight goes on.

Round 2: Lindsay looks much quicker, giving a bit of a lesson to Appleby. Landed some nice left hooks, body and head and a nice right hand. Appleby looks stiff and tentative - landed nothing real clean.

Does anyone notice Lindsay is quite ragged with his shots? My prediction based on first rounds would be that Appleby will take over and get this late. He looks more thoughtful with his shots and doesn't waste energy....

Round 3: Appleby amps up the aggression, forces Lindsay back and lands some nice body shots. Appleby's round
2-1 Lindsay.

Appleby will be hoping Lindsay's gonna start tiring soon. He's set a hell of a pace these first few rounds
