I could only find it on ITV at 11.15pm on Sunday night so I'm going to have to go the whole day avoiding seeing the result.

I think it's wrong in the TV schedule. ITV's guide says:

ITV4, Froch v Taylor - Word title fight @ 8:30pm-10:00pm

Itv4 are showing it at 8:30am on sunday morning,for those who dont have Itv4,heres a link which will Play on WMP.
