Those who got it on an illegal stream should hang their heads in shame.

Bunce was right when he talked about this on his Boxing Hour the other week.

It would be interesting to see the number of people who did actually pay for it online, most on here said they wouldn't.

Always said id pay for it and did.

Quality was good, and the coverage, stats etc shown were the way a good boxing prog should be presented. Makes a mockery of the kinda coverage we get over here.

Watched the itv4 show but was put off by the adverts!

For those who did watch it online, was it just a stream of the showtime feed?

Not that thats a bad thing at all, just wondering.

Yeah it was just a stream of the full showtime show, identical to what was on ITV except with rubbish biased commentry and no long ad breaks

I won't deny I watched an illegal stream.
I did so because I have twice paid for fights online to get a crap feed and wasn't prepared to do it again.
If our TV companies had bothered to show our only world champion I would have happily paid for PPV.
I wanted to show the feed from the online PPV on a tv but having hooked it up and watched the test feed through the big screen the picture quality was awful.

So can people clarify - it only showed the Froch fight... and it missed two rounds.

I am so glad I didn't pay for that.

Hope you have all put in your complaints, you deserve some compo for that.

I stayed up,m got an illegal stream, for 11 rounds it was fantastic quality, then it cut out on the last couple of minutes of round 12 and the whole effort was a waste of time and tarnished it all.

For me though, looking at the other streams on that site I decided not to buy as the quality wasnt that good and I dont believe that streaming technology or connection speeds are at a point where people can justify a tenner for it. In a few years we might get to a point where the streams a re reliable and high quality enough to justify a tenner.

Lessone learned though from me, never watching a stream again unless it is my ONLY option, wish Id gone for the delayed coverage on ITV4, ads or noads at least it didnt crash at the vital moment.

I watched a paid stream ($20 for 135 days access to every big fight & loads of other stuff) that wasn't in conjunction with Hennessy Sports. It was great. No trouble whatsoever and I saw all of the Showtime broadcast.
