my favorite fighter was James Toney but since all the drug use stuff i seem to be looking for a replacement. I have followed Haye since his amatuer days so am keen on him as i always was Benn, i guess i'm a sucker for fighters who put it all on the line.

All time - Jack Dempsey. Totally ferocious, hard as nails, ruled in glamourous times when men were allowed to be men, boxing was the king of sports, the Heavyweight Champion of the World was the most famous sportsman in the world, when guys really fought hard and often. Jacks only downside is some protective matchmaking once he won the title. However I love him and the Willard smashing and the the Firpo knockdown thriller. Named my son Harrison in honour of Dempsey

Fav active - none. No one really lights my fire anymore. Like Haye, Mayweather, Pac, Marquez and a couple others but since Lennox retired it is rare that I HAVE to watch any fight. I miss the days of the world stopping when a big fight was on but that might be more to other priorities in my own life rather than something changed in boxing.
