Jaysus Christ.
8 round borefest by Foster Jr. Sinclair in an absolute stinkburner for 6 rounds. A 2 round joke of a fight. Murray Earl was good, but this PPV is really taking the biscuit.
I will be severely pissed if Williams is KO'd in the first.

Lads, I think we should be a little bit greatful at least Sky realised that the Louisville bill on paper was poor for a PPV so tried to add some extra's with a bill from the UK. Remember, it seemed for a while that this wasn't going to be shown here (look at the old threads) so perhaps Sports Network would have got a better bill going had they had longer to prepare.
In America the PPV cost close to $50 and they only got the Louisville fights.

WHY WOULD IT HAVE BEEN ANY DIFFERENT IF THEY`D HAD LONGER.....ITS ALWAYS THE SAME ,PROSPECT IN ONE CORNER GUY WHOS LOST HIS LAST DOZEN OR SO IN OTHER....WHATS NEW?stujones wrote:Lads, I think we should be a little bit greatful at least Sky realised that the Louisville bill on paper was poor for a PPV so tried to add some extra's with a bill from the UK. There have only been two PPV's I have not ordered through choice (Hamed vs Calvo and Tyson vs Etteine) there have been three (I think) others that I didn't order through other reasons, Bruno vs Tyson (no Sky), Lewis vs Tua (was it on PPV, Problem with Sky) and tyson vs Golota (away on holiday).
I have all the other PPV's on full tape with the exception of Briggs vs Lewis (got most, but not Graham vs Brewer due to tape being chewed up). The same reason (tape chewed up) I have lost Hamed vs Kelley and I delibritately didn't bother recording Hardy vs Hamed, which I do regret now.

Tyson-Etienne was undoubtedly the worst, I am sure James Hare stopped Frans Hantindi early and Diego Corrales beat Roque Cassiani early as well plus the other fights didn't last too long either. They resorted to showing Wayne Braithwaite-Ravea Springs from the week before to fill time and Ricardo Williams-Leonard Townsend too if my memory serves me correctly. Apart from the main event Corrie Sanders-Vitali Klitschko was no great shakes either as a PPV.
Laila Ali was absolutely terrible she really needs to find something else to do with herself. That girl she was fighting was absolute cat$hit.
Earl against Murray was a good fight, and Williams agains Tyson was also good. Other than that a very very poor effort.
They well padded it out, after every fight a break then asking the panel the same questions each time but in a slightly different way.

Luckily I fell asleep halfway through the flyweight fight and woke up in the 6th round of the Laila fight. It really was a terrible fight. The other woman had no idea how to fight.007 wrote:Laila Ali was absolutely terrible she really needs to find something else to do with herself. That girl she was fighting was absolute cat$hit.

Definately the worst PPV I have bought. Lesson learned.
