I discovered errors in regards to all 3 fights.
I took it upon myself to correct the additional information attached by the "open book" symbol for the Wonjongkam-Miranda bout. In the write-up, Wonjongkam was said to have been ranked #4 by The Ring and Miranda unranked. Actually, by the time the fight took place, The Ring ranked Wonjongkam #3 and Miranda #9. Wonjongkam had been #3 for a very long time while Miranda entered The Ring's ratings at #9 as of April 20. Their fight took place April 24. In The Ring's ratings as of April 26, Wonjongkam and Miranda remained at #3 and #9 respectively.
BoxRec lists Mary Alarcon who lost to veteran Colombian female boxer Darys Pardo on April 24 as "male". That should be corrected.
The other error in need of correction is that the April 26 Nuno Cruz-Euclides Espitia fight is listed as being for the "vacant WBC Mundo Hispano light heavyweight title." It was actually for the vacant WBC Mundo Hispano super lightweight title.
Thanks in advance for addressing these problems.

Wonjongkam and Miranda are currently rated the same as before because it won't be until next week that the ratings are updated. The Ring ratings are updated once a week.KSTAT124 wrote:I discovered errors in regards to all 3 fights.

I also made a correction - Miranda was not bothered by the cut throughout the fight. In fact, he was only bothered when it happened. I was at the fight - on the ring apron - and both Julian Turner and myself have written that the cut was not serious and did not cause him problems. In fact, the cut was to the outside of the eye and there was no swelling. Also, after the bout I asked Miranda if the cut bothered him and he flat out said no - it was the heat that bothered him.
Also, the cut came in round three, not two. I have an audio in which I said this and also the timed photos. The bout started at 4:04 PM - the cut came at 4:16.
