remember this guy, Dwight Yarde

Post by adamiw »

posted bout this on another thread...no one took any notice

"We are going to work Mike hard for the first 4 round, he will get tired after the 4th, and then we are going to take it to him, and take him out in the 5th, That's our battle plan, that's what we are going to do with him".

admitidly we all mocked this geezer at the time...and his prediction and analysis of the fight is probably the most accurate i've heard, even though it seemed he was putting on a cocky act.

anyway, watch the tape again you can see this guy in tears after Danny won, it's hilarious. Just look out for it, it's just before his now fiance Zoe hugs him and says how proud she is etc... Dwigth Yarde was in tears lol!

Who is this bum? Never heard of him. Danny and Jimmy Mac deserve all the credit, not some bloke who turns up at the 11th hour.

yeah, we wondered this when the williams training video went up at maxboxing, we couldn;t figure out who he was. But Bennie seems to think he's someone by the name of 'dwight yarde'. I dont know what role he has...but he was the most emotional out of the lot after the fight, and he didn't KO Mike Tyson, and wasn't asked to marry anyone (i dont think).

Apparently he's some bloke from Croydon who had a few amateur bouts and has lived in the USA for 12 years or so. He really did nothing, and I don't think anyone particularly found him useful. Danny just took him on, I guess.
