Witter may fight for the vacant WBC belt, the belt was made vacant by Bradely who beat witter last year.
Bradley refused to fight the mandatory challenger Alexander — has been stripped of his belt.
The fight will be against Devon Alexander which may turn out to be a tough test for witter

80% of the titles he has ever had have been vacant.
I don't care what you guys think, but the way he's been managed has been a joke IMO.
