Go for the other champions - leave Kessler once a couple of things have been ironed out!!

Froch is progressing brilliantly - but at this stage - Kessler is a step too far.
I have to agree with you there, Kessler would be far too much for Froch to handle. He needs to work hard on defense, he cant keep taking big bombs.

Froch is 30 years of age. If he isn't ready now he never will be. Bearing in mind that fight fans complain about the best fighters not fighting each other and that unifications are all too rare - I would love to see Froch-Kessler. The outcome could be debated to the hills but I think it would a great matchup. So yes please.

So after getting his name linked with Calzaghe to the extent that if you mention one you automatically mention the other, Froch now wants to link his name with David Haye. His arguement is just like Haye he is fearless and will take anyone on in their own backyard. So far both men have been very successful going into the lions den. Is it just pure arrogance or plain stupidity?

A bit of both i suppose.

I was seething when you'd have Enzo Macc fighting Bobby Gunn in front of 40,000 on ITV prime time....

...then Haye was fighting unbeaten Fragomeni in a war in front of 1,000 at York Hall for the WBC #1 slot.

Looks like Froch could have a home date on 5th September. Hennessy appears to be putting together a quality show....Murray v Thaxton.

Kesslers a free agent. Mick could a put a card together with them both fighting their mandatories to drum up interest in a autumn/winter blockbuster unification
Very good idea, agree with that! And what a card that will be!!

I'd go for Kessler if I was Carl. He is overrated and Carl can do him.
