Sky Box office Round By Round
Re: Sky Box office Round By Round
I hope Ricky's OK. I had a horrible premonition about him before the fight.
Re: Sky Box office Round By Round
Fvck that was awesome power.
Re: Sky Box office Round By Round
TKO? Maybe in theory, but that was a KO if I ever saw one.Asterix wrote:And it's over. Pacquiao TKO2.

Time to retire and enjoy his money.
Re: Sky Box office Round By Round
Because the ref waved it off; Ricky wasn't counted out. I might be wrong.Cannibal wrote:TKO? Maybe in theory, but that was a KO if I ever saw one.Asterix wrote:And it's over. Pacquiao TKO2.

OMG! Pacman could KO Klitschko with that shot!
Re: Sky Box office Round By Round
Pac stays P4P #1 even if Floyd wins against JMM in my mind.

Bring on Pacman - Mayweather next!
Re: Sky Box office Round By Round
Floyd has just kissed goodbye to any chance he may have had of reclaiming the P4P #1 spot.

Utter destruction. Shame for Ricky but Pac Man is absolutely brilliant. And a gentleman too.metropol wrote:Just got in had to do something else tonight said manny woud have him in the later rds . What happened?
Re: Sky Box office Round By Round
I underrated Pacman's power, but I think I saw the fight in my mind quite well. I was right about Hatton's chin. It was just waiting for a decent puncher.

surprised it was so conclusive.
never liked the styles match for hatton.
hatton has to think about things now.
it's been a long career.
sad ending. :(

First 90 seconds were OK, Ricky managed to get close with his normal hussle & bussle. Then he started walking onto shots and got put down twice and was all over the place until saved by the bell.metropol wrote:Just got in had to do something else tonight said manny woud have him in the later rds . Round two he walked open onto a big left hook and was out cold for about five minutes.

Hatton is a good fighter, but NEVER ELITE.
Out cold and down for 3 minutes, he should retire.
Re: Sky Box office Round By Round
thought it would be more of a fight but result was the same
Re: Sky Box office Round By Round
Im going to have to watch it but have said that manny was on his way to becoming a great but thought it would go into the latter rds , should have trusted in the greatest philipino ever? Is that a legitimate argument ? im not sure.Wheelchair wrote:A slaughter is what happened.

Re: Sky Box office Round By Round
I don't think he will retire. He has the money to, but I don't think he'd want his career to finish on such a low point. He'd forever be known as the guy who got KOed by the two best fighters of his generation and he couldn't hang with them.
A Khan fight is likely I think.

Agreed. The only question now though is how much will Ricky have left after that awful KO?Cannibal wrote:I don't think he will retire. Re: Sky Box office Round By Round
The first fight I thought of for Hatton was Khan, and I think it's winnable for Khan. Hatton's chin has been broken.
