Listen, technically PACMAN has many flaws, BUT not as many as HATTON!

Haton has fought two top foighters in theor oprime and been knocked out both times and hardly landed a Punch.

A ONE PUNCH KO TONIGHT!

Stretched and OUT C O L D!
speed is hatton's achilles heel.

always done better with the straight ahead fighters.

he got beat by an exceptional fighter tonight.

and yes a great fighter DG.

Have to say I'm gutted.

I favoured Pacman going into the fight but thought the fight would be much more competitive. Roach got the basics right and has an exceptional fighter to work with who can carry the gameplan.

As for Hatton being one dimensional - well yes he is. But that one dimension has been good enough for him to achieve what he has. Hatton was a good world champion but never elite at that level. Good on him for managing to operate against elite opposition and banking a shedload.

He should retire now with a big smile on his face. :TU:

Still think Mayweather beats Pacman.

I think PBF may be too slick for Pacman - but what an interesting matchup. I guess it would have to be at WW if it happens.

Pac has beaten the perceived best at 140 in devastating fashion, dominated the marquee name of his generation in DLH, beat a living legend in Barerra when he was at the top, beat a top P4P fighter in Marquez and pretty much ended Morales. He is a 5 weight world champ and could easily be a 6 weight world champ soon if he beats a legit 140 champion. He is only a Mayweather win away from being considered one of the greatest of all time. If you look at his record it is actually far, far better than Mayweather's when you break down the circumstances of ther top fights.

Thats the quickest KO Pacman has had in over 7 byears AND Mayweather was not knocking out ANYONE until Hatton, doesn't that tell you something?

Speed and skills and PRIME ELITE FIGHTERS are Hattons problems.

Even a shot MAB lasted the distance with Pacman the 2nd time and JMM BEAT PACMAN in most peoples eyes and they started at Superbantam/feather!

HATTON IS HYPE.

Just wait for all the 'I AM A TWO WEIGHT WORLD CHAMPION' TALK FROM HATTON.

I want to see him fight Cotto and SSM then retire!

Peceived by NOT fighting the best the division has to offer..

KT was shot and old - Castillo as not a LT Welter and shot to shit.

Maussa?
Urango?
Lazcano?

The mags hyped Hatton and now they will tear him apart.

Hatton never belonged in the ring woth pacman or PBF - they both knew it would be easy and pay $$$!

Kostya Tszyu was past his prime but he wasn't shot. He put in an effort that still would have probably beaten the other champions in the division at the time.

Urango has gone on to claim a title at 140, and he has beaten Malignaggi who was probably considered top 3 in the division at least at the time.

You can argue that he didn't fight the likes of Witter, but Witter didn't exactly establish himself as the division best with his own performances and Hatton still ranks above him.

Coincidence that PBF and Pacman both destroyed him and hardly took a opunch back?

P4P My ARSE!

Hope he is ok, but retire now.
That's an absurd post. I'm too tired to respond to your ill-conceived, moronic, tabloid sensationalist spin on matters now, but when I wake up this afternoon, I shall. Not just this post, but all of your posts regarding this fight. I have rarely read such a vacuous trash.

Hatton was awful, but he's always, always struggled against southpaws. He never, ever sees the right hook coming, and the left cross seemingly can't miss. That said, he looked particularly open tonight.

That may have been, though, because Pacquiao is totally frickin' awesome. Holy shit, that guy's good. He's like the perfect attack machine.

Anyway, grow up DG and try to grow some brains, eh?

I have been around boxing virtually my whole life. As Colin 'the bad syrup' Hart said it defies logic how a guy who started out as a LFW can move up through the weights and carry seemingly more power. Pacman is a phenomenon.

Grow some Brains? Are you drunk on Donkey piss? You have swine fever?

Hatton does not belong in the elite level.

Now go to bed, ya git.

Because you actually AGREE with me I will not waste another word on you past this....

Also, more words, grow up? You effin 1/2 wit, you do not know me, so shut you cake hole, boy!

Now put the pipe down and go to sleep!

And you can respond when you wake up from your hangover, but I will not respond.

Go and 'hydrate' yourself, Carbo!

Hattons act wore thin on me long ago, but you can't dismiss his epic win over the heavily favoured Kostya Tszyu. Waning or not, that was a hell of a fight. Getting schooled by Mayweather or whacked by a beast like Pacman doth not a hype job make...

Hatton does not belong in the ring with an elite prime foghter.

2 times she tried it and he hardly landed a punch and was knocked out each time, once cold.

Case closed, imo.

KT was 127 years ago, I am taking about the present.

Some may not like it , but as Tupac would say 'Thats just the way it is'.

Hatton is a very good fghter, but not elite. Dispute that if you want to, but its a fact, imo.

All Hatton said was I WILL BE TOO BIG ANS STRONG - skills win fights and Ricky does not have the relevant skills at the ELITE LEVEL of the sport!

Do not be blinkered, its a fact.

What a superhuman performance from Pacqiauo - I couldn't believe what I was watching. I expected Pacman to land plenty, but I didn't think Hatton would go over like he'd been shot, and actually thought he'd grind down Pac to win late. Happy to see a display like that though.

Hatton looked to be in good condition this time, but I think he was shocked by Pac's power. I'm pretty sure he expected to intimidate Manny with harder shots.

Psychologically, Hatton's going to be feeling like Foreman after the Ali loss for some time.

I hope PBF, Marquez, Pac and Mosley get down to business before the year's end.
