was talking about this with my mate and i didnt think it was but sure i saw manny hold the belt after the fight. for a fight to be for a ring mag title, dont both the boxers need to be in the top 3 of the ring rankings? pacman wasnt in the ring LWW rankings so i thought that it shouldnt have been for the ring title (pacman 5 in ring WW rankings)

I'm pretty sure the belt goes to whomever beats the previous holder. The both top 3 in the rankings rule is only for vacant belts.
