Texas strong woman

About five years ago I remember seeing a fight on TV and one of the boxers was a woman from Texas. She fought between 140-150 and her claim to fame was that she was Texas' strongest woman. At the time she was undefeated but I don't remember her name. Any Ideas? She may have been trained by Tommy Morrison.
