Dwight Yarde - Danny Williams' New Manager!

Post by Boxingmad »

On last night's Ringside, they spoke to Danny, who's in NY still. He refered to Dwight Yarde as his manager. Having chatted to some of other members of Danny's inner circle, they regard him as a pain in the arse and a nobody who's just doing nothing.

God help him. If Yarde is his manager, then we'll see Danny against Butterbean next, with Butterbean getting the 60-40 pay split in his favour! This of course is for the REAL heavyweight championship of the world, as Danny will be told by Yarde.

yeah, we been speaking about this guy. He looked like a bit of a nob in the build up to the fight, he was trying to put on a really arrogant act. He was the most emotional after the fight, crying his eyes out.

I assume he came in after Adam Booth's departure in April.

fingers crossed, i'll be speaking to danny next week, i'll definately bring Dwight Yarde up. Maybe we were unfair on him.

Whatver is going on in the Williams camp it worked a treat last week so they should stick with what works. I am not at all confident Williams wont lose the plot in his next fight now so much will be expected of him.

He smacks of Ambrose Mendy to me. A real glory boy.
Incidentally, who was that battered-looking fellow in Danny's corner who went over and consoled Tyson immediately after the fight?

He was some Yank who was acting flash around danny last week.

Jimmy Mc apart the corner was embarassing. During the ring introductions Yarde was arguing with somebody and Yank guy with all the muscles was speaking on his mobile.

Interesting on Big Fight Special that Danny said, "Dwight Yarde who is managing me at the moment."

Somebody told me he has been in Tyson's camps and been in the States for many year, but on telly he sounded like a eastender.

He was well built but not that tall. Is Williams short? If so that is a good shout

Yeah, he's nicknamed "The Tank" and Danny was sparring him for the Tyson fight. But I don't know what he looks like.

Never heard of him and spoke to someone who knows Danny well and the words that he used were related to the penis and he 'didn't know where this guy's come from but he's a ****'.
