Because when I talk boxing with most people in work they only ever seem to know half truths and myths about Ali/Tyson/Naz/Bruno and Benn :witzend:

This is the only boxing website i frequent on a regular basis, i work 12hrs a day most day so i dont get chance to do much other than catch up with what's going on in the boxing world and the usual chores. But i reckon the main reason i read this forums is to learn, i was not much of a fan before i discovered this site, just watched a few of the big fights, its nice to see tons of discussion about fighters i have never heard of and being able to look at there records.

So yea, i use these forums to learn.

Ask them about Rafael Marquez it's "he plays for Barcelona doesn't he?"

One of them after watching Hatton get KO'd by Mayweather said "Bloody hell this Mayweather bloke is quite good isn't he?"

effing eejits the lot of 'em.

in Spain its worse than in the UK because they really havent got a clue and the name Tyson is all i hear. They know surprising little about football as well and i was amazed, no shocked at some of the poop they were saying after both Chelsea-Barca games which makes the result even more fustrating for me. :witzend:
wednesday night was sweet.

just to see chelsea's arse drop was worth every penny of my sky subscription.

Bigmark,
The 26 Rhodes thing.
His wife Danielle, his older daughter Ellie, and his younger daughter, Lissie were all born on the 26th.

its a good question

spending time posting on a boxing forum brings nothing to your life

the only reason I can say is it is addictive and you always want to log on when you got time to see the latest thread and posts and keep updated

but it is not good being addicted to these forums - its quite sad :o

to get the latest news / information and speculation.

also to read the different opinions of people. i dont really talk boxing to anyone else (better off that way as others have said) so otherwise id so stuck with my own opinion which propably would not always be good or right.

In search of the only Hatton thread that doesn't detract into moaning about him not facing Witter and being over rated.

It's out there somewhere.

Get a simple-minded 10 year old with ADHD, give them loads of caffiene and sugar and you'll have your own DG.
