He got hit by a car. That was his cause of death.

I heard he was driving cabs in NY city.
Did he step out of his own cab and got hit by another car?
He was a hero who passed all to sudden, don't you think?
Somebody else told me he was selling flowers (or tickets) at the gates of Madison Square Garden. Is this true, or is this another "Kovit" query?

I think he was about 6 feet yonder by the time he was burried, if he ever was.

Am I right in saying he was unlucky to lose the first Patterson fight and was seriously worn when they fought the rematch?
