Re: Board updates
When i saw Matthew Hatton was about to face a decent boxer i knew it was too good to be true.
Re: Board updates
Could have been worse for Olusugen. What would his career have amounted to had he stayed in Nigeria ?
Some great matches from the Board.
Lawton had better hope Murray's mind is on the Thaxton fight becuase he's in for a thumping.
Time to find out again how good is John O'Donnell now he's mandatory for Kell Brook.

Granted, but after beating Bradley Pryce, KOing Ali nuumbembe and getting a WBC rating he's been treading water fighting guys that ar 4-4 etc..
Re: Board updates
So Williams vs Chisora is happening? Wicked. Could be a really good fight. Even if it's not, at least it will give us an indication of where these guys are at now, and give us a comparison between some British prospects vs veterans (as well as Sexton vs Rogan).
Cleverly vs McIntosh isn't happening then.
Some good fights there, though.

He's got world rated by beating no world rated boxers, and he doesn't sell tickets.Wales wrote:Olusugen got a british citizenship or something, wasted career right there.
Plus he hasn't looked great when he does box, looks like he's going through the motions, against Haywood, Wright and Reid.
Or maybe he's not as good as we think he is.
Re: Board updates
Maloney is probably doing his best for him, but he's not going to get favours or be able to take shortcuts to big titles, because he's dangerous. I bet he doesn't do any tickets either. He's just got to keep winning and be very patient.
McIntosh v Cleverly is another cracker.

Re: Board updates
Does anyone know why McCloskey gave up the title? I can only assume it's because he will be fighting for the European belt next?

Re: Board updates
Some good fights there Jennings-M.Hatton will be a good one but the best 1 is MacKintosh-Cleverly that should be a cracker i think Clev to win
Re: Board updates
I hadn't realised Hatton had been down to fight Jennings but unsurprised to see it's been called off. Isn't he meant to be facing the winner of a couple of Africans or something in defence of his World Title?
Looks like he's ducked another Brit and we'll be hearing how he's been robbed of his chance.......again

Quigley vs Magee should be a good fight.
