I think it is a tough one to call, only prime fighter to have tested Haye who was decent was Fragomeni.... Enzo Mac and Gurov were both good fighters, but for due to Haye's power never got into the fight. Haye is still relatively untested - not his fault mind. His power is awesome, but I think Cooper would have gone a few rounds and tested him.
