if he continues too fight will there be as many people willing to see that happen again, hatton said who ever wins will gain the others support on the pacquio fight im now a pacquio fan.
the fact pacquio is the p4p doesnt account for the fashion of hattons defeat imo.

I wouldnt pay to go and watch him collect one last payday against a blown up lightweight at the city stadium lets put it that way, not even thinking about the risks to his own health and reputation of carrying on when he's clearly shot, more for the fact I think a lot of people have had enough of the quotes, the bad things that have happened (Billy graham saga, backbiting and arguments behind scenes), he should go away now and count his money.

I think it's a myth that there are a large group of "Ricky Hatton" fans. They are mostly just casual sport/football fans, who would support any fighter that had got to the heights that Ricky did and fought the types of fights that he did, namely, Tszyu, Castillo, Mayweather Jr and Pacquaio. It's interesting to note that when Ricky was flat on his back, recieving attention, thousands of his supposed "fans" were heading out of the stadium and when he eventually regained some sense of where he was and was helped out of the ring and back to his dressing room, only a handful of fans had stopped behind to clap him and give him support. There will be genuine "Hatton" fans, but in the main, it's the same people, who pay good money out to have a good time, have a few drinks, watch a fight, soak up the atmosphere, release some adrenaline and hope the British guy wins.
