Quite disappointed in not getting to see the fight on Sky last night.
But most of the 'original posters' on here are not professional boxers so what would Bomber ripping them 'aparts' (sic) achieve/prove?

And if 'Bomber' does see this, is he going to personally visit each and every poster who has made a disparaging comment about him and carry out the 'rip aparts'
Misread what i've said mate (easily done though i should have made it clearer).

The comment was directed at the original poster, and was mean't in the ways of wit and intellect, not actually smashing him up.

cotto 16 just shows u know nothing about nothing! and your chatting bubbles

a few points;

first of all bellew was suppose to fight michael gbenga, and with 2 days to go he pulled out,

second of all, bellew with 1 day to go thought he would be fighting a light heavy weight, and wanted to make the limit so with 1 day to go he weighed exactly 12 stone 7. fact.......

3rd. he struggles to get opponents, so the only person who would step in and fight him is ellis. now for the record bellew had to put on a stone in weight in 1 day so this fight was able to happen. fact........

4th bellew boxed amazing! and its just a shame they never shown it on tv. and also cotto16 u know nothing coz this was a 6 round fight and bellew dropped ellis in the 3rd with a body shot, and the bell just about saved ellis. then in the 4th bellew dropped him again, then ellises corner threw the towel in cause there man was getting beat up.

well done bomber, realy realy great performance. especialy giving away 3 stone, id like to see how other fighters would get on giving that much weight away, i doubt they would get a stopage in the way you did :TU:

So am i wrong instating that Bellew is no world beater? He is a good prospect but when u see world class prospects you can see a clear difference but then saying that if Clinton Woods can make it to world title Bellew might be able to.

@ this stage it's not a nice or fair comment.im also a stephen smith fan who looks more then ready to tackle his domestic rivals,he has looked the biz but still hasnt been tested.i think he can go far,but there's no certainty's in this game.

Correct me if I wrong but from your 'facts' above I understand the following:

Having gained a remarkable stone in a day Bellew entered the ring at 13st 7lbs, if as you claim he was 'giving away 3 stone' to Ellis, this made Ellis 16st 7lbs. Have to say I'm a little sceptical, Ellis was only 14st 7lbs when he fought Fury just over a month ago, are we to believe Ellis gained a two full stones in bodyweight in just over four weeks? This would be a career highest weight for Ellis, his previous being the 16st 4lbs he weighed against Bakhtov back in 2000!! 'Fact'
On BoxRec it says the fight was at Cruserweight so it all sounds interesting, some people have said Ellis weighed 4 stone heavier than Bomber :o

I agree with a previous poster that said Ellis needs to be protected, or told to retire.

dont know what school u went to mate.

i said bellew was 12 stone 7, 48 hours before the fight. that is a fact.

and ellis usualy fights at heavyweight, so when i was saying he was around 3 stone hevier i meant as in if bellew would have been at his natural fighting weight.

bellew had to put on a stone over night or the fight wouldnt of been allowed to happen by boxing rules. your making out like there was only a stone difference. ha. bellew put that stone on so he could fight. hes never ever weighed in at over 12 stone 10 in his professional career. (oh and please do me a favour) dont say well according to boxrec hes weighed in at ect ect. coz the weights are wrong. fact. for example, on his debut his weight on boxrec sais 13 stone 1. haha. i was there at the way in and he was exactly 12 stone 7. so when you hear there was only a stone between bellew and ellis next time dont presume. when you dont know any of the facts.

Cotto 16.

Grow up M8 , Bellew fought Ellis cos no light heavy would take the fight after successive withdrawals from 2 oppos .
This shows the lads confidence when he is prepered to put his arse on the line to fight some journeyman weighing 2-3 stone heavier than him.
Who else up and coming would be prepared to do that??
The lads had 5 months off due to surgery but wanted the rounds .

Watch this space M8 cos " :box: :box: :box: BIG TONY " is back

on 1 of your points you question how bellew can puit a stone on in 24 hours. haha

this is a 100% fact he can put that on in 10 minutes. all he has to do is stuff his face and drink heavy milkshakes, eg. the protein ones ect.

another point is. you say there was only a stone difference. well if ricky hatton got on the scales with a lump of led to fight lets say david haye. would you say they were the same weight.
just to clarify. what am trying to say is bellew was 12 stone 7 under 48 hours before the weigh in. and he was around that a full week before the fight cause thats the way he likes to make the weight. and ellis had to get down to 14,7. so the fight was able to be made. so bellew should have been well under 13 stone to be normall, and once ellis got on the scales at 14-7, he would have put on weight straight away. so thats were am coming up with my conclusions. the fight wouldnt have been allowed to happen if there was a big weight difference. it might of been allowed years ago, but unless its 2 heavy weights. theres no way a fight, with over a 2 stone weight difference would be allowed. never mind a trainer or his promoter not allowing it. :TU:

sorry your right jeej.
he was 7 pounds under the weight.

but theres a hell of a difference between this example and the 1 i made. e.g 1 weight difference. jones was 7 pound under the weight weeks before the fight. its not like he got told before the fight to bulk up with a day to go.

if hatton fought david haye its the same as my example.

altho on paper it was only 1 weight difference with bellew, the only reason it was is cause bellew had to put on an unnecessary stone in 1 day, for the fight to go ahead. there for it was un natural.

the next time both men fight. check there weights. bellew will come in around 12,7. and ellis will be around 15 stone plus.
