Who would you like to see Macklin fight at the O2?
Who would you like to see Macklin fight at the O2?
There have been plenty of names put about for Macklin to fight (Bendell, Therwell) but who would people like to see him take on in June?

Realistically, he's good for a comfortable mandatory because he has to face Barker/McDermott next.

No chance of him going against either of those Jake. Can't see Frank putting him in with someone with a good chance of beating him.
Imagine it will be Bendall which isn't brilliant but most others either aren't available (Barker, McDermott) or not ready yet (Murray)
From an entertainment point of view, I would prefer Renda to Bendall

Murray has admitted it himself, he's not quite ready. Logical move is winner of the Barker fight next then Martin.
But there's probably more chance of seeing the Pope buggering Dale Winton whilst wearing a condom.

x2. I'd like to a solid european level fighter as well, but I know its unlikely. Here's a thought: about good 'ole HOWARD?jake the snake wrote:Would prefer to see him in a 10 rounder against a good strong european boxer like Amin Asikainen or Roman Karmazin . Looking at athe available british contenders thers no one there to give much trouble.

Get McEwan over here. It would be perfect, what with Freddie Roach being over here with Khan.

I don't agree with Bendell. I don't see why he doesn't just fight some European, or Eastman I would like.

But it's name, whilst Macklin waits for Barker to beat McDermott (sorry, mate).

i really don't think you should be quite so eager on Barker's behalf for him to step in the ring with Macklin ;;-)
Re: Who would you like to see Macklin fight at the O2?
