How was that not a DQ during the Chisora - Butlin fight? They showed Chisora biting Butlin ear. Parris should of chucked him out. Watching the fight now will probably confirm it. If i was butlin i would of refused to fight on.

If you were Butlin, you would have tripped over the ropes on your way in, slipped on the burger you dropped and sparked yourself out before the instructions.

I swear Chisora looked like he fancied a nibble right at the end of the third but didn't get the chance. He clearly bit his ear at the start of the fifth but he did it on the blind side of the ref.

So unnecessary too. I don't know if this lad is trying to be a penis or it just comes naturally.

Chisora IS a plonker but he would give Fury something to think about in there.

Chisora seems to have decent power and boxing skills, although his punches tend to be a bit wide and predictable though.

That said, I think he would beat Fury if they were to meet now.

To lie about it in the interview was just low.

He bit his ear and should have been DQ'ed, I hope the BBBofC now do something about it after watching the repeat, take a % of the purse off him for it. that is now what we want to see in this sport, imagine if this sort of crap started in the Ama's.

the boxer need to remember that they are ambassadors for the sport and when televised they need to box within the rules. the stray low blow can be ignored but the bite is is something no one wants to see in the ring (or out of it for that matter).

suspend him for 6 months i say, take away his pay days, he deserves it.

as for chirosa as a boxer, yes he looked and did ok, but his stamina is suspect, and he needs some coaching on how to throw a right hand correctly, he has not got a clue !!

Lets see what the BBBofC do this time around - they will probably suspend Butlin for having his ear in the way!!!

The BBBofC in my view are at present everything that is wrong about this sport - please dont tell me they havn't any favourites!!

Here was me thinking things would improve with Robert Smith as the Secretary - have they sh*te!!

Lets give Robert Smith a chance to do something about this before we really lay into him but this will be a test and we will soon see what he is made of.

if a heavyweight anywhere in the world had tried something like that u can guarantee warren putting the knife in about it.

disgusting from chisora and deserves some kind of punishment handed down because of it.

i remember michael bentt biting herbie hide and getting away with it.

It was more like, "It looked blatant??" as if he was pondering whether it did look blatant or not.

The reason he did not get disqualified is because he is the home fighter who is with a big promoter. There has always been 2 sets of rules for home and away fighters, this is hardly news. Boxing is a business and a murky business, everything comes down to money, that is the reason that home fighters always get decisions, and always get put up the ranking and get easy shots at vacant titles.
The board never do anything because they know what side their bread is buttered on.
