Been to some interesting gigs here, its v. interesting to see the different reaction you get if I go with my coloured bredrin vs white ones though. Very accepted on one side, and a bit of attiude on the other.

Nothing like a night at Roddigans in Brixton even thio and the worst ive been to was an Eek a mouse gig in camden jazz cafe, they just werent prepped for the clientel!
However i tedn to get out fo the clubs by 2 am ish..gets a bit tasty sometimes blat blat blat and all that..heard a real one go off at reggae on the hill....
exit stage left and sharpish.
but on the whole its cool.

Did anyone ever suggest that you change your surname Olubamiwo for marketing reasons?

Also would you ever consider going to America for some sparring, even fighting there as i think you'd go down very well with your attacking style and physique

Hi bro. I dont know chisora well, I have only met him a couple of times and the last time he was sparring with my mate Franklyn Egobi. I was supposed to spar him last week but nothings been arranged. I think that no matter what sort of image he is trying to portray the biting thing wasn't necessary and doesnt do anything to enhance the image of boxing with the general public which we need to get more people and money into the sport. And from what I have heard it hasn't done him any favours with the board or his promoter so he should rethink how he goes about things imo

Hi bro. Yeah a few people suggested it when I first turned pro but I would never do it because I am very proud of my name and heritage and also my mum would kill me if I did that. I figured having a good nickname like warmachine and having a decent physique would always help with marketing myself. going to America is an option for sparring down the line but thats when James Cook and Frank Maloney think its necessary

Some wanted me to change my surname but I wouldnt as I am very proud of my name and heritage and plus my mum would kill me if i did that. I think my physique and my nickname is enough to help with my marketing

Yeah i appreciate that you've taken the time to answer everyone's questions here. I think as was mentioned before, more interaction between a sports person and the fans will only make them more popular and respected as we can root for you more knowing you make some time for the fans.

I have to say i'm surprised at this fight being made. I thought they were both seen as decent prospects in the same stable and would have been protected a bit longer and padded their records out a bit more before a fight like this. Well done to Frank Maloney if it goes ahead.

I've watched Hughes 3 times and he's never really impressed me, and still hasn't fought anyone but journeymen with long losing records, while Larry was talked about as a possible contender on the domestic scene till his last fight. How do people see this one going, and where next for the winner?
