Bowe returns

Post by Old bones Ian »

Bowe is lined up to fight on the 25th Sept.

I find this very worrying as he seemed in no condition to box again, i thought he was suspended after the second Golata fight due to his physical condition.

Apparently he has been licensed by the Virgin Islands, that great boxing authority. They must have some right muppets in charge there.

I just hope that no harm comes to him.

Amazing isn't it, since Lewis left, look how many of the old guard have returned.

Golota, Tyson, now Bowe, soon Ibeabuchi will be out again. Lennox once said he would get rid of the misfits, and as soon as he retires, they all come back.

At least Mercer has had the sense to retire.

Mercer will be back too.

He just didn't want to fight Williamson for chump change - around $10,000.

Don't be surprised to see Lennox back as well. He'll get bored of changing nappies, and will want a piece of the limelight again.

I really hope Lewis doesn't come back, not that i can see any of the top heavies beating him, i just think that he doesn't have anything left to prove.

the only way i can see him returning is if by some miricle Bowe climbed up the ratings and started to call him out. Then i could see pride getting the better of lennox and him coming back.

I don't see Lewis coming back at all, he's proven everything he needed to, beating a past it and damaged Bowe will hardly enhance his rep.

What's the odds we get Bowe v Tyson and Bowe v Holyfield IV?

Strong.

But dont underestimate how much Lewis HATES Bowe.

Rep means nothing, he'd probably just like to take the WBC belt Bowe dumped in the bin and shove IT up his nose on the end of an uppercut.
