This last one is for Frank. I found this stashed away in the house. A bottle of 192 proof cane alcohol. This stuff has killed more Mexicans than all the "valasos" in Pancho Villa's Army.

On almost any day you can find Sheriff’s Community Service Officer Dennis De La O in the Aliso Viejo Police Services’ weight room helping his co-workers get into shape.

He tailors specific exercise routines in order for his co-workers to get the maximum benefit from the workout.

“He helps them with their workout, coaches them on a daily basis. He is like a personal trainer,” said Senior Sheriff’s Community Services Officer Karen Lee-Vargas.

“When in the weight room Dennis is very dedicated to helping out his employees any way he can,” Sr. CSO Lee-Vargas said. “His willingness and determination help those around him become fit and healthy.”

Dennis has become an inspiration to his fellow employees, for helping to create fitness plans for them and by encouraging them to eat a healthy diet. Mr. De La O’s excitement about healthy living has made the work environment a more positive and healthy place, according to his co-workers.

At the beginning of his ten year career at the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, Mr. De La O worked at the front counter of the Aliso Viejo Station. He later supervised an inmate work crew.

His current responsibilities include supervising the Community Work Program work crew, which maintains and cleans the building. He also ensures that the station is in compliance with environmental protection laws and OSHA standards.

“Dennis has a very high work standard and always does an exemplary job in any task he has been asked to complete,” Lee-Vargas said. Dennis also makes sure the parking structure is clean and free of debris from the neighboring hills and homes. “When he sees something that needs to be done or is asked to do something he always does an outstanding job,” said Lee-Vargas.
It is apparent that Dennis De La O has had a very positive impact on those around him and is successful in sending out a message of healthy living. He is extremely dedicated to his job and the well-being of others. Out of the kindness of his heart, Dennis makes enormous efforts to ensure that those around him are happy and healthy and the best that they can be. Such an inspirational and positive individual as Dennis should be commended and thanked for the wonderful job he is doing!

Dennis enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and is very much a family man.

When I go to Cole's i ain't inviting them along.

BTW. I wish I had a dollar for everyone wearing a KOBE jersey today. Nothing like seeing a 300 pound fat guy wearing a KOBE jersey.

I understand. Rog. That's the way my daughters were when they were little.
If Maria and the kids didn't like Phillippe's, they won't like Coles.
Pretty much the same thing.
In a few days, after the Lakers have won another NBA Championionship, I expect to see a lot more Kobe Jerseys wrapped around fat bellies.
