Ye probably ITV fairly like him and his dad do theyAutobarn wrote:will ITV do a half hour docu on fury's back?
Its a shame as he seems to be getting with every fight (though his opponents do seem to be getting worse) so another fight wouldnt go a miss
Re: Tyson Fury injured
Who was his opponent again on Saturday night i must of missed that press release or was it that popular fellow again TBA , bad backs with british heavyweights spreading like swine flu amongst Mexicans.
Re: Tyson Fury injured
Load of rubbish - its the best thing he could be doing - fighting month in month out, never mind this 3 fights a year lark.sweetscience wrote:what ?teddy007 wrote:sweetscience wrote:i think he is fighting too regular anyway, he need to build up his stamina in the gymIdiot.
when you box, you go into light training for the week before the fight, and have a week off/light training the following week
when your fighting every 4 weeks, this brings your hard training down to two weeks a month
IDIOT !
I remember Benn getting pissed off at Harrison for not fighting more regularly, stating that a new pro should be in the ring getting fights under his belt regularly. tyson is doing the right thing. It is appauling how little some fighters get in the ring, I can sort of undertsand once a pro gets to a very decent level and has to protect themselves when getting older, from burn out, but a young lad like him does right to be in the ring each month.
Look at herbie Hide, an old man who since his come back has also been ensuring he fights regularly, at some point twice a month.
Re: Tyson Fury injured
Fighters gotta fight, it's good for them, as long as they are matched correctly it can only benefit them

Could you provide some links of you in action, so the forum members can decide if you'd beat Calzaghe.
Failing that a photo of you looking mean and menacing should do it.

Re: Tyson Fury injured
It would be interesting, as claiming you'd beat an undefeated world champion and one of the gratest boxers in british history is some shout.
Re: Tyson Fury injured
In the ring no chance, catergorically no chance. On the street totally different matter, i'm not getting into this again so if anyone wants a pop at me for saying that then go ahead, i wont answer you back.Wales wrote:It would be interesting, as claiming you'd beat an undefeated world champion and one of the gratest boxers in british history is some shout.

You seem really confident saying it so you must have something to back it up.teddy007 wrote:In the ring no chance, catergorically no chance. Do you have some sort of fighting training (eg MMA) ? What is/are the reason/s why you think you would win on the streets ? What would you do to him to win ?
I'm not on a wind up. I'm genuinely curious as you seem so matter of fact about it.
A pic too would be good.

Cal still hits way harder than the average hard geezer on the street. One semi-decent jab and you'd be on your back. Numpty.teddy007 wrote:In the ring no chance, catergorically no chance.
