Steve Barnes is one of the best prospects in the UK but had a shocker of a performance last Saturday because he was too eager to go for the knockout and you could see his punches a mile off, hence why he kept on falling over. His previous performance in Watford was pretty much punch perfect and he looked totally relaxed in the ring. He has a lot to learn.

He's anything but 'sh*t' .....
He looked and more importantly boxed(if you can call it that) sh!t, so that makes him sh!t in my book. No one falls over after throwing a punch, not a supposedly good prospect anyway.

I would say that the performance was 'sh*t' but he certainly isn't a sh*t fighter. It was merely a shocker of a performance, especially taking into account that he fought pretty much punch perfect in his previous outing.
