The proposed WBO super middleweight championship bout between defending champ Joe Calzaghe (37-0, 30 KOs) and Kabary Salem (23-3, 12 KOs) has hit a snafu. According to Salem's manager, Nedal Abuhumoud, the WBO is hesitant to sanction the bout because Salem lost his last bout to Mario Veit (via split decision).
