International tournament for junior Olympic winners?

Does anyone know if there's a international dual or tournament for the national junior Olympic winners?
Also what about the silvermedalist?

The winners of the JO Championships normally go to the Cadet (or whatever it's being called now) Worlds. The 2009 international tournament has already happened. Nothing specifically for silver medalists; they can replace a gold medalist if he is not able to participate.

I would suggest going to the Nat'l Jr GG, the Ringside Tourney and/or the Nat'l PAL. All 3 have good competition for JO boxers.
