not an ideal start...but that's boxing
Re: Tommy Szeremi debut tonight
these two were some very talented fighters and it was unusual for szeremi to be facing such a good fighter in his pro debut. i know it didn't last long but if you didn't already know it you would think they were both in their 15th fight or something. shame it didn't go a few more rounds.
anyone else watch it?
anyone else watch it?

Yeah I did Buster, looked a little too evenly matched for a pro debut, but thats good right.buster007 wrote:these two were some very talented fighters and it was unusual for szeremi to be facing such a good fighter in his pro debut. i know it didn't last long but if you didn't already know it you would think they were both in their 15th fight or something. shame it didn't go a few more rounds.

They both had a round each going into the third, so it would be good to see a rematch maybe over six in there next couple of fights, I have to agree with Ben's notion that 4 rounds is too short and results in too many draws, I also think too many boxers panic and turn it into a street fight, which often results in a messy scrap, heads clash ect.
