Morales to win for the 3rd time.... This time proving beyond question he is the better all-round fighter. He could even stop MAB this time out, I have a feeling that if he really pushes for it, Barerra's fire may not be burning quite as intensely these days.
Yep, gotta favour morales. It's also telling that Marco is looking for another lucrative payday against a known foe, rather than looking for Pacman again. Methinks he doesn't fancy taking pacman on again.
If he loses against Morales, I wonder whether we will have seen the last of Barrera.
Morales seems to be a monster since he stepped up in weight. Being a tall lanky puncher, that's not surprising. Tommy Hearns was a killer at light middle, and Corrales looks to have better punch power and resistance since moving up.
No shit...I doubt he will be stripped, it's not going to be in the IBF's interests to do so, not when Morales is lined up with several possible high profile opponents, Corrales, Mayweather, Pacquaio etc. Why would they want to lose out on those huge sanctioning fees?
We may see a shit or bust strategy from Barrera when he realises that Morales has his number which could produce the kind of fireworks we saw in Bowe v Holyfield III.

Ah yes, thanks a lot Adam, sorry mate meant to reply, but been snowed under at the moment. It looks like it may be too late anyway as we may well have plumped for something else, but I appreciate the gesture anyhow.
I think Morales will win on points but will probably have Barrera in trouble en route, the late stoppage theory is not totally out of the question either.
The same weekend as my fiancee goes back to see her family in Denmark for a few days...
Technically I could have gone on a cheeky trip to Vegas and she need never have known (forgetting to mention is not lying), until my boxing companion said to her yesterday "How is cool is Vegas going to be!?". Luckily, after intense negotiation, my pass is now secured...
Steve - yes, I went to the last Bredahl fight at the KB Halle. Great weekends away - the Danes all speak good English and loved the idea of someone coming over from London for a bill. Add to that the fact Copenhagen is a beautiful city and a real party place (and the birds look good) you have all the ingredients for a top weekend - if you need more info PM me.
Pacquaio seems to have been frozen out of the picture. Its a shame, he's a very exciting fighter and a rematch with Barrera or a Morales fight would be better than Barrera vs Morales 3. Barrera doesn't go to war anymore, it won't live up too expectations. Their are just better fights to be made at the moment than this one, pretty odd timing for it. Maybe Arums thinking is if Barrera fought Pacman and lost again then their goes the big money making Morales match. Lets hope the Pacquaio vs Larios match comes off.
