I dont think Haye could get out of the way of Wlads straight punches it would be a typical Wlad fight he being to tall for the opponant because he does use his height well and just jabbing and then when Haye opens up bang a right hand from Wlad cant see Haye beating Wlad

Haye has so much more variety, power and speed, than any of Klitscko's recent opponents. I have said on another thread that it is disgusting that a guy can be the heavyweight champion of the world, with only two punches in his repetoire. All Klitschko uses is that left hand jab, followed occasionally by the right hand. It is a very sad indicment that no other heavyweight can muster enough skills to overcome a fighter as limited and predictable as Klitschko. I can't stand the bloke and i hope that the sooner he gets beaten the better. Up untill tonight i always saw the Haye - Klitschko fight as 50 - 50, but now i see it being 70 - 30 in Haye's favour, aslong as he does'nt get tagged of course. Klitschko is so open to all manner of shots and yet every heavyweight that faces him is basically more limited and dreadful than he is.
Klit does have other punches in his arsenal, he used to have a devastating left hook, but since the knockout losses he has become extremely wary of being hit, and so he limits his output.

Personally, I don't think Haye will get anywhere near Wlad, and he will wilt as soon as he takes one of those right hands. For all his considerably flaws, Wlad is very heavy handed, and that right hand is a shot that drains the ambition out of his opponents.

Haye gets hurt pretty easily, and he's never faced anyone as heavy handed as wlad.

haye wouldnt have lasted two rounds with wlad last night. the guy just beat the number two in the division with two punches FFS. brilliant display from wlad, much better than the ibragimov bore.
haye will get smashed if his ''back'' holds out before he gets in the ring.

PERSONALLY I RECKON IF HAYE FIGHTS A KLIT NEXT HE GETS BEAT EASILLY , HES JUST FAR TOO INACTIVE , HE NEEDS SOME BOUTS AND HE NEEDS THEM FAST BECAUSE THE OPPORUNTIES ARE GONNA PASS HIM BY . THE KLITS WILL CERTAINLY WANT HIM NEXT THOUGH COS HELL MAKE THEM BIG MONEY FOR EASY WINS , IF HE DOES WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY SAID AND SIGHNS TO HAVE 3 KLIT FIGHTS IN A ROW WED SEE HAYE LOSE ALL 3 AND RETIRE . IM NOT SAYING I DONT THINK HAYE CAN BEAT THEM , IM CERTAIN HE CAN BUT THAT HE JUST NEEDS MORE FIGHTS NOW COS OTHERWISE THERS NO WAY HAYE WILL BE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMP.

Absolutely disgusting that Klitschko is the heavyweight champion of the world......Unbelievable
Than why arnt those guys world champions with 53-3 records who have hardly lost a round in over 4 years? You make it sound like your grandma could beat Wlad. Tell me what you saw last night that you didnt already know about Klitschko and why you are so much more confident now that Haye will beat him? Haye would've been finished by the right hand Wlad landed in the second.Your 70/30 claims sound even more ridiculous considering Haye hasn't fought since getting dropped by Monte Barret a year ago, while Wlad is staying active and destroying top HW.

If Wlad can thoroughly outclass and batter his opponent with two punches, tell me why should he throw anything else, since you seem to bring that up over and over. Its just a testament to how good his jab and right hand are, and how well he controls distance. I could make the same argument that Haye is limited and predictable because he never throws a jab and only ever fights in spots

Well for a start, i'm talking about up and coming domestic fighter's such as Kell Brook and Darren Barker, not some guy who has been fighting for 10 years with 15 losses on his record. I thought you would have worked than one out. It does'nt matter how many heavyweights that Haye fights, apart from the top echelon, he would beat all of them, because below the Valuev's, Chagaev's, Povetkins, etc, the standard is not much higher or equivelant to Monte Barrett. Haye has one major problem and that is his chin and i and many others have said that if he gets caught flush he will no doubt be stopped, but apart from his suspect chin, he has all the attributes to beat most heavyweights out there, certainly the the likes of Brewster, McCline, Rahman etc and these would be the guys he would fight before fighting for a world title. Your comment that Haye would have been finished by the shot that Klitschko landed in the second round, could be said to be, as ridiculous as you claim my comment is, that Haye has a 70 - 30 chance of beating Klitschko. How do you know that shot would have finished haye ? The simple answer is you don't, it's all conjecture, as are most opinions. It's interesting that you say "Since Haye was dropped by Barrett...." and refuse to acknowledge that Haye knocked Barrett down numerous times and stopped him inside six rounds, which suggests to me that you have issues with Haye. Klitschko outclassed Chagaev, because Chagaev is over-rated and the standard of Klitschko's recent opponents are poor and that's why he can get away with beating them with a limited punch repetoire of the left hand jab, followed occasionally by the right hand, with some decent movement added in to the mix. Klitschko is never taken out of his comfort zone and that is what Haye would be able to do. Opponents like Chagaev are too limited and static in their style to trouble Klitschko, where as Haye brings attributes that would challenge Klitschko and take him out of his comfort zone. Haye has speed, accuracy and power, combined with creating good angles punches and using effective combinations. I'm not stating that Haye will definately win, just that he has the best chance of all the heavyweights out there at this moment in time, of being the man with the capabilities to beat Klitschko, in what is a very poor heavyweight division.

Haye has a notoriously glass chin and is very fragile, Chagaev on the other hand can take a shot and is quite durable. Haye has been badly hurt and dropped by shots much lighter than that by much smaller men. Obviously it is my opinion, buts there is certainly more basis for that than assuming Haye would be a 70/30 favorite when he hasnt fought in over a year and was dropped by a much, much, lesser fighter than Wlad.
It's interesting that you say "Since Haye was dropped by Barrett...." and refuse to acknowledge that Haye knocked Barrett down numerous times and stopped him inside six rounds, which suggests to me that you have issues with Haye.
Im not refusing to acknowledge Haye floored and stopped Barrett, but the fact remains that he was sent to the canvas by a left hook. When you are making your 70-30 claims it is completely relevant to bring that up no matter how the fight ended, because a fighter who is as good as you seem to think Haye is, would never get dropped by such a mediocre HW.

Klitschhko has beaten better opponents than Haye has. Mormeck, Maccrenlli, and Fragomeni are the best names of Hayes record. Mormeck is decent but Enzo got his title feasting on bums and Fragomeni has struggled against an average fighter in Rudolf Kraj and was lucky to escape with a draw after being floored by Wlodarczyk. Wlad has a left hook too, he just doesn't need to use it because his jab and right hand are by far the best in the division. He used the left hook to knock Austin out and he floored Rahman with it, two fighters just as good if not better than Hayes lone top 25 HW victim Barrett. You have yet to tell me why Wlad should even through a left hook, when his jab and right hand do it all for him.

And besides, Haye has a somewhat limited predictable repitoire himself, as he rarely ever throws a jab and only fights in spots.

Klitschko is never taken out of his comfort zone and that is what Haye would be able to do
Right, but just like I was assuming Haye would have been finished by that right hand, you are assuming this. It will be a lot harder to take Wlad out of his comfort zone when you have the pole axe of a jab keeping you at bay, especially when you are adept at carrying your hands by your sides like Haye is. Its funny how fighters lose their confidence and their game plan plan goes out the window after getting hit cleanly a few times.

I have acknowledged in many posts that Haye could be dropped by a journeyman heavyweight, because of the fragility of his chin and it's true that he has been put down by much smaller men than Klitschko. However, it's also true that he has been put down by a heavyweight and got back up to stop him inside six rounds and Barrett, whilst not the best heavyweight around, is far larger than Mormeck, Thompson, guys who have had Haye in trouble. The simple fact is that Haye is capable of getting stopped by any heavyweight, but is also capable of beating any heavyweight and it's obvious that his strategy will be to take out most of his opponents within the first four to six rounds. It's a question of who catches who first and that is why Haye is not venturing into the heavyweight scene, with a cavalier "take on all comers" type attitude. Whilst i still say that Haye is not a certainty to beat Klitschko, he has all the attributes to beat him and perhaps the biggest of them all, is that Klitschko can't take a punch and so like Haye he is very susceptible, hence his current fighting style. Haye has the best chance of any heavyweight to beat Klitschko and don't be suprised if he does, because any guy that has Haye's speed, power and accuracy is a very dangerous fighter indeed.

I wasnt belittling his achievements. It was just my take on DGs post above ,ine

I have not got a single problem with what Klitchko does. If he had an iron chin I would find it boring but just knowing that he is one flush punch away from being in trouble makes it interesting for me
