Ticketmaster re Khan tickets – robbing b&stards

Post by chinny »

I paid Ticketmaster £250 for three tickets to Khan – Kotelnik.

I’ve just seen that yesterday the robbing pric&s have only refunded £248.25!

Clearly it isn’t the amount here but the principle. Has anyone else experienced this, and have any suggestions for the least painful/ time consuming way to get my cash back?

An admin fee would still be as disgrace IMO but I just remembered they posted them out last week, in which case it is probably postage, which is more acceptable.

So - daft thread - apologies

I think its a good thread. If its cancelled and not your fault, then you should get all your money back.

It is the principle, I agree.

You have probably agreed to waive the right to a refund of fees/commission when you bought the tickets. Never the less, it still seems very unfair that people should be out of pocket when the cancellation isn't their fault.
