documentary The Last Round: Chuvalo vs Ali

Post by turn2stone »

Going to a film festival this Sunday to see The Last Round: Chuvalo vs Ali.
Never heard of it until a few days ago.
It's a 2003 documentary that won the Special Jury Prize at the Toronto Hot Doc's Festival.
As you can probably guess, it centers around their 1st fight. Ad says it features "rare archival footage and music of the The Tragically Hip".
Anyone else ever seen this 99 minute documentary?

i just realized your name is very close to being an anagram to kovit. Could it be?? Just watch silkov ask how tall was Chuvalo "in height" and all doubts will be cast aside.

Yes Broncano, standing!. I am not very tall but am even shorter when sitting down so it is with most people... I think!. So I want to know the height of George Chuvalo when standing straight not when sitting down. Please tell me the height Broncano before I go back to bed.
Last night you did not tell me and I went to bed not knowing and couldn't sleep!.

I got the DVD as a present after winning a trivia contest in a boxing page plus Chuvalo's autograph.

You can purchase the dvd here:

And here, in the UK, IF you have a multi-region DVD player of course, which I haven't.
