Danny McIntosh vs Nath Cleverly British Light-heavy matchup!

Ok, i'm very excited about this one! I'm gonna be there cheering Danny on. I think he's got the grit and confidence to power Clev to the canvas and be the first one to beat him.

Either way it's a blinder of a match up! I could understand a few more rounds under Danny might server him better here, but then again with his record and who he has been fighting recently and beating. He souldn't be turning down a British title shoot, who else could he really fight that could get him a belt and improved status! This is the fight he needs.

I'm going for Danny landing a peach in first 6 rounds to finish the night and take the Londsdale!!

Bump - This is getting closer and I know there must be more of you out there with oppinions on this prospect match up! Let's hear them..

Fight will start conservative, Clev will try to box of course, McIntosh will be throwing bombs by the 3rd, it will all be over by 6th. McIntosh just too strong - Look at him, ripped and knows how to throw.

Should be a very exciting fight I see it being a British classic but Clev seems to be getting better with every fight and is starting to look stronger and more powerful so im going with a KO victory for Cleverly around the 5th. Should be fast but furious

If it happens, I see Cleverly winning in the middle rounds. I'm not convinced by McIntosh. He ran out of steam after a few rounds against Spartacus and seemed to be wilting from body shots before he found his second wind. The knockout of Rod Anderton suggests he can dig harder than his record would suggest but Anderton has always been a face-first Area level fighter - a bit like Billy Boyle (no disrespect) who Cleverly brushed aside. McIntosh's win over Matthew Barney was also a non-event thanks to Barney's constant holding - not Danny's fault but I'm not sure he's on Cleverly's level.

McIntosh has improved but his wins have come against Area-type fighters, like Anderton and Matty Hough. That said, the win over Joey Vegas, then unbeaten in ten, was decent. But his power, for me at least, is a bit overated as men like Spartacus, Anderton and Hough are all vulnerable to a solid punch.

Should be an interesting fight but one i would expect Cleverley to win in the last quarter.

cleverly fairly easily.No disrespect to danny but this fights all about levels and nath is a future world title challenger in my opinion

It is a tremendous match, unfortunately condemned to be ignored because it clashes with the Khan v Kotelnik fight
