Its about time tony doherty step up and finish with theses jorney men. I think doherty should fight somone with more wins than loses. give him a small title fight.

last night he fought keith jones again, and i heard he is fighting another jorney man in a couple of weeks time.

yeah time to step doherty up in class he's just wasting time at the moment. same with gavin rees

he's 22-0 and has never even fought for the british title.

i think rees looked un-motivated last night hence the average showing.

Doherty is not doing is box office appeal any good by fighting the inmovable objects that he is facing. Already Sky are starting to question his power, but those who have seen him as an amateur will know his power is better than the 40% KO percentage he has now.

He must start to fight at least different joruneymen - but he should step up. I think he is even ready for the likes of McIntryre.

nice boxer, but does lack power at championship level I feel, though he is only young and people may develop to be stronger than he is now, but for me he looks a bit shy in the power dept
Saw him fight in Reading against Jones (the first time) and thought the same. nothing has changed.

Thought that the body shot in round 2 did show some signs that he has decent power. I only saw the Sky highlights but to me, he looked like he deliberately stopped chasing a KO after this and tried to work on some new moves. To be honest, thought that it was refreshing to see a new prospect looking to get the rounds in and learn his trade rather than just go hunting for the KO, as they'll need to call on that sort of ringcraft later on if they can step up. Agree that someone like McIntyre would now represent a good test for him.

he sells too many tickets to ever get a meaningful fight,put him in with Ali Nuumembe ,Ali beat him in the Commonwealth games,bascially he is a pudding,he should be called dohety or doe eater
