I think Hall would be to big and strong for Hoppa. Give him a few fights and he will easily beat him.

Can't you just see it? Hall trying to get behind Hopoate to hit him while Hopoate is trying to get behind Hall to push his finger up Hall's arse!

Now with Big Bazza just de-swanning himself from his code of football (?), he has that golden opportunity to change career directions and make a quick quid in the ring. So round up the usual suspects to get Bazza an easy KO record.

How about a Contender style box off between ex footballers who wanna be boxers. The winner gets to face David Tua. At least this way they get to make a few bucks before being obliterated by a real boxer :TU:

I dont know if it's a stupid media report, it goes a bit against what is happening for Green and Mundine, but it has been reported on the Perthnow website that Hall will most likely make his debut against Sonny Boy Williams. But the big catch was it wuld be in Perth on Australia Day on the undercard of Green v Mundine 2 !! If this is the case and Greeny is fighting in August and all goes well there he'll fight again in November against RJJ, it seems a bit steep he'd fight again on Australia Day. Mundine is still being reported elsewhere as being the mandatory for Sturm. It is likley this would take place in November......and then they fight again in January. Unlikely unless all of these other plans these two have fell in a heap.

But the likelyhood of Mundine v Green is veryyyyyyyy low, so i dont know. I think the art of boxing gets treated like a joke when people like this have a shot at boxing for the fun of it, its bad enough that heavyweight boxing is in a poor state.

I dont know thats just me

I agree. It pissed me off when I read it and a mate and I had a good laugh after the anger went. I suppose boxers don't do themselves alot of favours when they aren't open and honest to the public and their supporters about what is happening. Look at the RJJ v Green fight. Whilst there is no reason to suggest this wont happen, we have seen way too often big fights built up and then or one reason or another they are off.........not always legit reasons. In one respect I suppose any main stream meadia attention is better than none.

there are still provisos on Green and RJJ meeting.

They both have to win their respective fights on the same card. If Lacy beats RJJ, or Green gets taken out by the Argie, then it's off.

So without anything else, there is a still a big risk this might not happen.

Yep, and depnding on which Jones turns up I think Lacey has a good shot at him. I don't know much about the Argi' how do you think Danny goes in this.

Really, the same Jeff lacey that barely got through Manfredo jnr. Roy may not be the man he once was but i think he can beat Lacey.

Shit mate, yeah I agree. More questioning how Greeny goes. But in relation to RJJ if he is active he should win easily....IF he is active.

Dominguez does his best work in Argentina it seems. The two times he has been outside of Argentina he has been beaten.

It appears his best is over Clavero who both Briggs and Mundine used as a punching bag.

Danny should do it easy.
