Yep. Pro boxing is illlegal in Iceland (only allowed amateur boxing 3-4 years ago) Norway and Sweden. Sweden do however have a pro federation, but the fighters have mostly finnish or danish licens

I remember Boxing Monthly reported that a part time pro in the UK, did actually devise his own belt and would give it away everytime he lost - only to "stripped" the victor of the belt 30 mins later and award it back to himself.

Can't remember the name of the fighter of the top of my head.
