Khan is simply outworking Kotelnik, both fighters doing a good job blocking punches, Khan is controlling the pace of the fight and throwing more punches.

Khan winning 9-2

The 11th was a good round for Kotelnik.
Khan looks to be ahead but not by that much.
I'm blaming it on the stream if I'm wrong. :TU:

No. But you're not watching on a stream you'll know he's landed ALOT more than Kotelnik.

"Bitch" ?

rofl?

I dont care if the guy has pillows on his gloves.

All i know is Kotelnik has NEVER been down or knocked down.

Kotelnik is landing little to nothing compared to Khan.

What score do u have it then?

Than by that measure you shouldn't reward Kotelnik, hes landing nothing.
but when Kotelnik lands, they tend to be solid. it's simple preference.

I have Khan winning 8-3 for the record.

Khan won that - good performance.

But..............

He for me looks weak at the top level.

Fair play to him though

Fight over, Khan has won for sure. There were a few close rounds, but in my view it should be no closer than about 117-111

Fair play. Very good 12 round show. Very good.

I have backed heavily against him based on Limond & Gomez, but was proven wrong tonight.

Styles make fights, Kotelnik is clearly a skilled bull with a great chin, I would question his pop. Khan's style and speed gave him fits he couldn't handle.

Khan is clearly better than Kotelnik.

Khan 10-2

It was high-level sparring. Khan won't be able to keep others in the division on the outside for such long periods.

Very impressed with khan, boxed very smart. I had 50quid on him getting sparked but glad to see him do well :TU:

And his punch resistance seemed a little better tonight for some reason i thought.

had a hard time giving khan rounds when his offense is nullified by Koltenik's defense and Khan is on the backfoot

far too wide scores, the 120-108 is dodgy as fornicate.

Khan deserved it by a few rounds, just managed to land a bit more even though 90% of his punches were blocked.

can't say it was unfair - good overall performance from Khan. Concerned about his offence but good defence, his chin seems sturdier at LWW and he fought a very intelligent fight.

Kotelnik was on the defence most of the bout. But landed several right hands. Khan usually responded with flurries

Good win for the lad but I hope his offence doesn't suffer for the focus on his defence

He looked a little impotent moving forward tonight

After seeing the fight I'm not suprised by the scores Khan won almost every round.

What did Kotelnik do to win more than 2 rounds. He landed a shot every now and then but never remotely hurt Khan.

Khan outworked him almost every round and controlled the pace of the fight. Both fighters did a good job of blocking punches Khan just threw way more.

I am not a fan of either fighter, just calling it like I see it.

Good performance by Khan, World Champion (no more than a European title fight in reality) but good luck to the kid all the same.
