That's too bad for Edwards. That fight was a real let down. His got a hell of a lot of power behind his punches but didn't really have time to get stuck in. Shame for Leuii too. Mismatch.

Looking like a big victory over Mirovic by Hopoate. Into the 7th now.

I want to see more Anthony McCracken and less fail match ups.

What's going on with half of tonight's fights being so one sided?

I hope things improve for the final event next week.

Sam Leuii is making a habit of cashing in on being a late sub. He's a former Middleweight!

Chauncy Welliver will fight Ben Edwards tomorrow!!! Lets do it :DD

Terrible card......Fight of the night was Mcgowan v Parr, never seen female boxing before, they showed a lot of heart.

Mirovic please, please retire, the moaning the constant wrestling, pitty pat punch's it's boring and just not boxing.

Ben Edwards is a marketing machine for Australian heavyweight boxing, if he tones up a bit and commits to the sport, he could go far.

Paul Briggs seems to be building a stable, good debut for the young fighter, Preacher now 0-6.

Ben is certainly exciting and has a no bull style. He has to be properly matched against equally exciting guys to watch and bring back knock out boxing...

Would've really liked to have seen the original Edwards-Sio matchup, Leiu probably the best they could get on short notice, but it was a payday not a match for him. It was stopped a little early based on the actual punches but in saying that, the ref stopped Leiu from being KTFO IMO. Safe move.

OMahoney looked impressive in his debut EXCEPT - KEEP YOUR HANDS UP! I hate watching boxers leaving their hands at their hips like he did. I know he could get away with it BUT don't make it a habit. Preacher, great kickboxer, is really not too good a boxer, but he didn't let OMahoney walk all over him. OMahoney's hand speed was good to watch.

Parr-McGowan was an exciting fight.

I turned Mirovic off half-way thru the 4th round. The whingeing got too much for me, he's too old and too slow now and doesn't look like his heart's in it anymore. The constant holding got too much for me. Such a shame to see such a warrior go out like that.

Surley the Preacher won'y be content to keep getting beaten like that?

I would really like to see Ged O'Mahony take on Jarrod Fletcher. They could have a contest to see can keep their hands the lowest...

Erin didn't look good IMO.

Hoppa did what he had to do against a pitiful Mirovic...

Oh yeah, Edwards turned up as well.

I didn't see Fletcher's fight, so he too kept his hands low? No wonder our amateur team couldn't win any major fights

You're right, Erin didn't look that good, but it was a fun fight to watch.

As for Preacher, I'm thinking he's only turning up to get paid the way he looked. Surely he can do better in boxing than I've seen so far. Maybe he couldn't get a muay thai bout this month?

Big Bob, for gawd's sake hang up those gloves and take up a role on the garbage truck for Wyong Council as that is what you served up last night: pure unadulterated garbage. It was a dreadful fight to watch and a poor advertisement for the boxing game.

Bob, you had the height and reach advantage but forgot about it! All the clinching, holding, whinging was not a good look and it seemed that Hoppa was holding you up to prevent from falling over. Your legs are gone and talk of one more fight is an insult to the fans and yourself. Dont embarrass yourself any further. Hang them up!!!!

Bob added lying, whinging, hugger to his poop repertoire last night.
