Apart from Darren Sutherland it is a very British orientated list. There are a good few Irish Prospects there too apart from Sutherland:

Paulie Hyland Won 14 (KO 4) + lost 1 (KO 0)-Super Bantanweight
Gary O'Sullivan Won 8 (KO 6) + lost 0 (KO 0)-Light Middleweight
Steven Ormond Won 5 (KO 1) + lost 0 (KO 0)-Lightweight
Dean Byrne Won 11 (KO 4) + lost 0 (KO 0)-Light-welterweight
Micheal Sweeney won 7 (KO 4) + lost 0 (KO 0)-Cruiserweight
Willie Casey Won 1 (KO 1) + lost 0 (KO 0)-Featherweight

Keiran Farrell in 2008
Jack Arnfield in 2007
I was going to leave out any achievements in the Juniors as I think there would be too many.

I have a cousin over in California and from what he has heard Dean Byrne is getting a lot of attention from Roach so he must be showing a lot of promise and i agree that he couldnt be in a better gym in the world for a light welterweight-no lack of quality sparring partners. I seen a dvd of him fighting Chris McCullan for the OZ Light-welterweight title and he looked technically very good-good footwork, good defense and snappy accurate hands.

Thank you for the inclusion.. :TU:

I think this country is in it's best period for prospects!! I've never seen it healthier anyway, Let's just hope the TV networks start to back us all and get behind us so that the general public can start to get to know us and hopefully back us too!! It's sites like this that are keeping boxing alive!! :TU: :TU:

Great list but i dont see why people are there with only 1 fight on thier record......
Let them have at least 3 before they should be on the list....even if they had good amatuer careers everybody will tell you the Pros is a very different game

Its only my opinion though

David Price is a top prospect due to his amateur credentials, and looked good in his first pro fight. His inclusion will be justified in time. :TU:

Amir Khan was our only Olympian in 2004, and he's not doing too badly. ;;-)

The criteria for the list was fighters who have less than 15 bouts hence why i left out Andy Murray and also Pajo Hyland. I agree Murray is probably the best prospect we have at the moment and hopefully he will get a shot at the EBU (European) belt next year(the proper one)!
