I don't care too much for Junior, but c'mon lad.
Predictions?
I like witter and hope he wins big, then we will wait to see if he gets that same offer to fight Khan that he got when kotelnik pulled out injured, only with more notice and no doubt better pay. come on junior.
i hear that Junior is training very well in the States, has been banging the pads as hard as he has ever done and i know for a fact that he is seriously motivated
Junior had very real mitigating circumstances for his poor performance against bradley and it's fascinating to hear him talk about how when he got dropped, he still couldn't motivate himself for the fight. the prospect of losing your father can have a major effect and sadly that is exactly what happened.
if all goes well - and i have a sneaky feeling it will - junior could very well be back with a bang come sunday morning. he is a serious puncher, fast and unorthodox and he is well capable of KOing any 10st fighter in the world.
however - same as everyone else on here (EDIT - other than Mr Dooley) i have never seen this alexander box! if it goes to the cards, with junior being away from home against a don king fighter, junior may have some problems BUT i have faith and i think he might well conjure a conclusive knockout somewhere around round five. COME ON JUNIOR!
Tim Bradleys the best opponent Witter ever fought & he got well whipped, I'm not convinced Witter was ever any good to begin with. What exactly are his big wins? A shopworn Corley? Scraping by Kotelnik? Ugh.
The young man should bash Witter up if he's even half decent.

I think I only gave Junior 3 rounds maybe 4, he just was not active enough in that fight.

i can see how people gave it like that but i dont think he was whipped in any way. he was outworked for periods. though i didnt have the best few in the world

He was on the same sort of level as Corley and Kotelnik, had a good couple of away wins against the tough Turk Otkay Urkal. An emphatic stoppage win over Harris was one of Witters best performances.
