Yes, I'd say all things considered, the ITV shows have the edge over prizefighter.
There is Fury, whoes career I find interesting, and usually at least two other good bouts shown live.

questions
1. whats interesting about a 6ft7 oaf cuffing a load of pot bellied midget latvians for 2 rounds?
2 why would anyone watch beautiful Warren's olympians being fed stiffs for the next 2 years ?
3 why would people still watch Audley ?
4 why did people pay to watch Khan when they switched to Sky ?
all these question highlight why boxing is in such a bad state in this country
ufc is on top because the entire bill is competitive and intriguing...ditto Prizefighter....JOIN THE FUTURE

If Prizefighter is the future then boxing really is in a sh*t state, the first one was good but all since then have been uninspiring.

UFC is a different sport, so that is nothing to do with this.
Prizefighter isn't intriguing, it's not bad entertainment, but nothing special.
