Howard eastman no 1 middleweight in the world according to boxrec computer rankings, the system needs sorting out i think

Bernard shouldnt be no 1 light middle based on what he weighed as he holds the middleweight belts

It's because Boxrec have changed the programming so that it puts people in weight classes based on the weight in their last performance, and it is done with a couple of pounds either way I believe so Hopkins ends up as a Light-middle?

Eastman didn't look that good last night but needed a good workout, he just doesn't work hard enough for my liking and although never hurt just got a little disorganised at times. I like watching him though, he is a good tactician and very methodical boxer who works well on the outside, however i think this world title "surge" may be coming a little late in his career and i doubt he has enough left to beat Jermain Taylor who is a special talent. Eastman will give Taylor problems but i just don't think he has enough in the tank to dominate for long spells against the fresher and possibly hungrier youngster.

Taylor has yet to fight a real middleweight while he's a very big middle himself. He hasn't proved a damn thing.

I am a massive Eastman fan but has he proved anymore than Taylor? He lost his one big chance so far against Joppy and while Taylor hasn't fought in that class yet he has disposed all comers including Marquez, Martinez, Cervera and Hill with clinical punching, a great jab and the ability to box on the front foot or off the back foot.

I would say Taylor has better WINS on his resume than Eastman. Whilst I don't want to go doing Hopkins a disservice in anyway - he had an easier time with Joppy than I expected and perhaps it is in an indication of Joppy being overated.
