I read that Palle is suing everyone as he still beilieves Kessler is contracted to him for 3 more fights but i should think that Showtime got satisfactory proof that this wasn't the case before they but the tourney together.

The boxrec schedules are far from gospel

Palle the villain of the day, week, month, year, decade.

Palle can't do anything for Kessler's career.

What kind of shit terms - mandatory fights don't count so Kessler still owes him fights. Palle has put on NOTHING BUT WBA mandated bouts.

they were scheduled for different opponents anyway. because kessler has a WBA mandatory, perdomo, and ward was having a tune up.

Agreed, the only possible saving grace is that it has big TV money behind it and they will be desperate not to lose their investment

From acquantances of mine, one of whom has seen the contract between Kessler and whichever corporate entity Palle used to contract, Kessler is bang on contracted to Team Palle. Not saying he wont break it - indeed if i were advising him id make sure he fights only in the US where every purse has the tax deduction upfront

That's bad news. :(

So Kessler has to have X amount of non-mandatory fights to be free?
