It doesn't look like it, the finals are in September, and i doubt he would fight again against allan Green that quickly.

When the fornicate is Sakio actually going to fight someone, this was supposed to be his fight.

Green knocked back Bika. The winner of Green/Oganov will be used as a sub/reserve for the super 6 series. I dare say that will be Green. I don't think Oganov has a hope.

The latest mail is that Jeff Wald will now look to match Bika with WBO siper middle champ Karoly Balzsay on the Andrade/Bute card in Canada Nov 28.

LOL yeah casanova just rocked up to collect his paycheck (like Asswin Cubuy)

Victor nor Green deserve to be in the Super Six, hell Andre Ward and Andre Direll dont deserve to be there.

If Victor skips out of Contender to fight Green it really shows how hopeless this show is

Cubuy should not be allowed to fight again untill he proves his willingness to actually fight. After his last two efforts giving him the tag "journeyman" would be an insult to true journeyman

Agree on Aswin, and the Green v Oganov bout.

Who's available to fight in the next 3 months for Bika?He shouldn't be fighting anything less than a top 10 opponent.
Well he's got only one option and thats Dennis Inkin who's coming of his first loss, so that probally wont happen.
To extend the search to top 15(boxrec) for a Bika opponent theres 2 opponents not scheduled for a fight; Manfredo jnr and Brinkley, not a large selection to choose from when you consider he beat Manfredo jnr pretty easily.

All the top fighters in the division are fighting each other..but Sakio. :shame:

Bika looks like he's doomed until he's out of the Contender contract. Can't he fight someone like Kariz Kariuki to keep busy?

Mate, I was recently told that Jeff Wald will now try and put together Bika v Karoly Balzsay on the same card as Andrade/Bute in Canada, Nov 28.

He may struggle to get it on that card though. The purse for Andrade/Bute is 1.5 mill. I doubt their would be much left over. Sakio is reportedly turning down fights over his purse.

He just needs to fight. Period.

Within his last 5 fights Balzsay has fought "Aussie opponent" favourites Jose Alberto Clavero and Ruben Eduardo Acosta. Surely Bike would see this as a good chance at picking up a strap...

Mind you BoxRec has Balzsay down to fight Robert Stieglitz next month...

I saw Balzsay has that fight scheduled. He could still fight on Nov 28, barring injury. I haven't seen Karoly fight but apparently he is very well schooled.

A bigger problem would be if Stieglitz took the Title

Yeah, decent. He split a pair of fights with Berrio, one being a vacant title fight. His only other loss was at the hands of Andrade. From the records it looks like they are on about the same level...

Interesting. Yep, steggles might throw a spanner in the works if that's the fight they want for Sakio.

From what I've heard about Karoly Balzsay, and from the win against Inkin, I think he'll beat Stieglitz clearly enough.

Bika is far to dangerous for Karoly Balzsay, he is a good fighter but he is untested. He has a title and a undefeated record there is a slim chance that he will get in the ring with Bika, especially with the shitty money that the contender promotions are offering fighters.

How come Sergio Mora got good fights with the contender contract????

I think Jesse Brinkley would be one hell of a fight, he is one tough son of a bitch

Because he can't bust a grape with his best punch.
